– That’s everyone’s dream, but so often it just isn’t practical.  

After planning and decorating my own wedding, my family recognized my talent and began asking me to help with their weddings as well. I found such joy in coordinating and styling events that I was happily doing it for free. Soon, guests at those weddings started reaching out, inquiring if they could hire me as their wedding event stylist.

This growing interest in my designs inspired me to create Ember & Bloom Event Design, transforming my passion into a career. Now, I have the privilege of doing what I love every day!

Mission

My primary goal is to create beautiful, memorable events that align with your vision while being mindful of your budget. I believe that elegance and quality don’t have to come with a high price tag, and am committed to delivering exceptional value without compromising on style or experience. I believe that great design should be within reach for all, and am dedicated to making your vision come to life, regardless of your budget.

I love to incorporate personal touches into our designs, and one way I do this is by utilizing meaningful items from you or your family. By incorporating your cherished belongings into the decor, it not only helps reduce your overall decor cost but also creates a unique and personalized atmosphere that truly reflects your story and style. For example, if your family has a beautiful collection of serving platters that complement your event’s theme, we can work with you to incorporate those pieces into the design. This not only enhances the overall aesthetic but also helps you save on rental or purchasing costs, creating a more personal and meaningful experience.



Micro-Weddings & Group Gatherings

Specializing in small, intimate events, I can design gatherings from 10 to 125 guests. Whether it's a traditional community hall or a non-traditional setting like a family home or a glamping site, I encourage creativity in choosing your location. From Simple & Classic Elegance to Boho Chic and Rustic Outdoors, I can bring a variety of styles to life. If your vision is unique, let’s explore it together! Sustainability

I am passionate about not adding more waste to our environment, so whenever possible, I decorate using sustainable, reusable items.  This enables me to pull from my own supply of decor, further reducing cost to the client.  Additionally, I work with gardening and landscaping companies to rent live foliage and flowers for your event.  This allows for a beautiful display, incorporating natural beauty into your event, while also achieving it at a lower cost to you.   

Any packaging or other recyclable plastic waste that comes with purchased decor is collected and recycled through the Cincinnati Recycling Hub.  A complimentary recycling container to collect any cans, bottles, or other recyclable products during the event is always provided, as I have noticed many venues do not include this option.  We then collect the recycling ourselves to ensure recycling occurs.
